Horizon 4 problem 0x80860010

I can't even start the game, it keeps showing me this 0x80860010 problem. Please help. Thank you.

Since i face the problem the first thing i tried is to update everything. So yes i did update everything on my laptop. Thank you.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

If that doesn't work try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.
