Horizon 4 online not working

Sorry for the issue with gold. You can
power cycle your console. If that doesn't work try
uninstall and reinstall your profile back on the console. Also go to settings>account>subscriptions make sure the Xbox live gold is active tehre.

No there isn't Any error link. Today I buy Xbox live gold account to play online horizon 4 and I can't play it I can show you it with pictures did you see it's closed it told me I have to buy live gold first but I already have it my languages is çevrimiçi

In these unprecedented times services such as Xbox Live are seeing a huge spike in usage as people Say Home, Save Lives and protect their Health Services.

The issue you are seeing has been happening for about week, it is not an issue at your end, you dont need to reinstall your game, its simply that there isnt enough capacity on your local hub for the amount of people wanting to join.

Later today will be a new season starting, I would expect the capacity to be reached at point so dont be surprised if you this more frequently.

MS are working to increase capacity across their system, but the usage increase was massive by people following their local advice.
