Horizon 3 hot wheels not working

I have the expansion pass and blizzard mountain and I was playing hot wheels the other day then i signed in yesterday and it said to buy it again even though I already have the expansion pass please fix it

I just bought the xbox one s forza horizon 3 hot wheels bundle and the code isnt working

 

Try a power cycle of your system- hold the Xbox button on the front of your Xbox for 10 seconds until it shuts down, wait a few seconds, then turn the system back on. Then try accessing Hot Wheels again.

If that doesn't solve your issue, check your "Ready to Install" section and see if it's showing there. If it is, install it and see if the issue is solved.
