Horizon 3 deleted from hard drive, how to reinstall?

So when I got Forza Horizon 3 on PC, it was great! Then, my hard drive took a dump on me, and I was forced to get a new one. Now, when i try to play Forza, the thumbnail is not there, and when I click on the game I get the message "We’re updating Forza Horizon
3. It should be ready to use again shortly". But it is NEVER ready. And no one has seemed to have a problem remotely similar that I have been able to find. If there is already a fix, please let me know or link it and I would be more than happy to figure it
out. Any help appreciated, Thanks!!!!!

How to delete a game from your xbox 360 hard drive

Do you want to delete a game from your hard drive?

Here is how:

First go to Settings and then select System.

Go to Storage and select Hard Drive.

Go to Games to find and select the game you want to delete.

Finally press Delete.

Note: You can redownload a game from your download history.

how can i tell how long i have been banned from forza horizon 3 i deleted the message by mistake

ive recentlz been banned from the storefront and clubs in forza horizon 3 I was wondering how long for as I accidentalz deleted the message from my inbox

Usually when a game is installed to the hard drive, the disc will spin for approximately 3minutes and then stop. The game will continue to play from the hard drive. If your game disc is still spinning after 3 minutes, then I would suggest maybe that the
xbox hasn't recognised the game is installed. Try deleting the game from the hard drive and reinstalling it.

Have you tried clearing the console cache and/or deleting IE from your hard drive and reinstalling?

That sounds like an odd issue. Just to clarify, your game was reverted to an older save or only your Forza Horizon 3 level went down? Let's start by
