Horizon 3 asks if I own it

I purchased the Horizon 3 and Forza 7 Bundle yesterday, was able to actually get in to Forza 7 once, and Horizon 3 about 4 times. But more often than not when I want to play them I get the 'Do you own this game or app?' message. I have my confirmation
order number email, if I click see in store, my option is to 'Play' and even selecting play from within the store I most generally get this message.

In the past week I had bought Assetto Corsa from the store and have never had such an issue with this game, as well as Forza 5 when offered free with Games for Gold.

The error code is the generic 0x803f8001. Please fix this issue, its beyond irritating. Playing on xbox one x, two different consoles and yes I'm signed in to the correct account from which the game was purchased.

Ive been having problems with Froza Horizon 2 and 3 and GTA 5 they all ask do I own it and I do and my microsoft account even says i bought them too.

page? If you own this it will show as already owned and you can play on PC. Try to open dlc from in game menu. Check your purchase history in account.microsoft.com and ask support for advice.

 

Ive got the same problem, mine will play the downloaded games, from store, but insert disc and it doesn't want to know any of it. Comes up with the error code, we have cleaned it out, done a reset on it but not restored to factory settings. It will play
Blue Ray discs

Home console shouldn't be an issue, as I'm the one logged in, and I'm the one that bought the game.

However, I played on three different consoles, one of which IS set to my home console. Obviously, the other two can't be, if the third is. I couldn't reliably get it to work on any of the three consoles, home or otherwise, and I'm also the person logged
in on any of them.

I decided to change home consoles, this fixed my issue, for whatever reason. That allowed this particular digital purchase to be played on all three consoles without issue.

I've purchased digital content before this issue, didn't have to reassign a home console, I've purchased digital content after this issue, and after I corrected this issue, and haven't had to change my home console.

 

No, I cannot be any more clearer, than what I've already been.
