Horizon 2 game missing from download

Purchased Horizon 2 Standard Edition an hour ago and the car pack and Hub downloaded immediately . The game however never showed up. I'm new to XB1 so , i'm not sure of my next step. When I bought the Fast and Furious DLC it came in fine. Any help would
be great.

where did you buy this from? sound like just a content download FOR horizon 2, not the game itself

 

Sorry to hear it. You have two options right now.

1. Head to the Game Store on the console and find the game and restart the installation from there.

2. Go to My Games & Apps and scroll right until you see Ready to Install. You can also start the game installing from there as well.

 

I'm having the same issue. Purchased the Forza Horizon standard edition for 49.99, credit card was charged, no game. There is no option to restart the install nor is there anything in My Games & Apps showing Ready to Install. Only option is to Manage, delete
and retry? I'm new to XB1 also and concerned that delete will somehow invalidate my purchase.

Sorry you're having issues installing Forza Horizon. First go to this link
and verify that it's on the correct account. After doing that go to your Games and Apps, in the games make sure Forza isn't there, and then scroll all the way to the right to see if it's "Ready to Install". if it's still not there, try doing a hard reset.
To do this, with your Xbox on, hold the power button down for 5-10 seconds until the console quickly shuts off. Then power it back on and see if it's ready to install, or in your install queue.

Thanks for the help. I called this number and was told it's a known issue. They said if it doesn't show up in 24 hrs.to call back and they will issue a refund.

 

I have contacted support on 4 different occasions and they continue to tell me to wait 48 hours. They have not offered to issue a refund.

 

Same thing dlc will install no game will install so worthless

 

They went ahead and issued me a refund yesterday. Will re-attempt was the issue is fixed.

 

Same problem here. Talked to support and they said the developer would have a patch within 42hours to address the issue. That was 24 hours ago..

 

I purchased forza Horizon 2 ultimite edition from the xbox store it installed everything but the game itself and when i go to select the game only from the xbox one store it tells me its bundled only and that i cannot download it or redownload it what gives.
