    Hi. I am at wits end, and hoping someone can help me with an update issue. The last time my insider Xbox was online, was approx. 15 to 24 months ago. It was registered by serial number to the alpha skip group. I tried to update yesterday, but now the console gets permanently stuck at 2% downloading update ( approx 4.3gb). It does not error out, but rather just hangs up and does not progress. It's not an HD issue, as I could still go offline and it would load into the dash... Albeit no functionality until it updates.

    How can this be remedied? Perhaps it is trying to get a development dash... And since it hasn't been on in So long, it just hangs? This leads me to believe it may be an issue with the linked console in the insider app. I was still using the legacy app, but I got on a second xbox, and the new insider app is showing the other console as enrolled in the alpha skip ring.

    I used to could troubleshoot this easy, but the fact it refuses to download a factory reset dash seems it may be trying to download something that doesn't match.

    Would going into the insider app and removing the specific console which is serial number linked from the preview possibly fix this?

    Again, it's been 15-24 months since I even used this a-skip dashboard/console. My second xbox is not enrolled. In fact, I really no longer want to deal with a preview dash on an xbox one, but I am afraid something is corrupt. If all else fails, I could USB stick install a modern dashboard version, but the insider app will still force a alpha skip update, right?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Skip and stay offline

    Once in the dash board, connect to live. It worked for me and I'm currently watching hulu.

    i recommend checking in the legacy console update in the wiki to check how to obtain the terracota.

    it say´s on legacy console its generated naturally in the mesa biome, but you can check the craft in the site.

    After August Update consistent lag every 10 seconds or so?

    I was reading on the Black Ops 3 Forums. And i found a topic on there from someone discribbing exactly the same problem im having that The Xbox Live Party Chat is causing the Skips/stutter in the game every 10 seconds. As soon as your out of Party Chat The
    skips/stutter is gone. I havent tested this on other multiplayer games yet but my connection is fine on console and in games. But the stutter remains while in Party chat. I dont know if this is caused by a bug in the dashboard update on August 19 or the Black
    Ops 3 game update on August 16 since i downloaded both updates on the same day. I really hope this can be fixed with a dashboard or game update. I hope Support can have a look at this game stutter/skipping issue that happens every 10 seconds while in Party
    Chat.
