    So I have been having networking issues since I purcahsed my xbox one. Im fairly certain that the issues stem from my Router and not my xbox one because often times when I try and type in www.xbox.com it
    will say something to the effect like "Oops, could not find webpage". Here are a few of the issues I get:

    -Cant find Teredo IP

    -Strict Nat at random times

    -Inability to view friends list, broadcast twitch, access xbox store, speak or hear people in party chat, etc.

    -Every time i turn on my xbox i will go to the multiplayer test and run it, and without fail it will say "Cannot Complete Multiplayer test". What I have to do then is go to network setup, click ip address > Automatic. Then do the same for DNS Server. That
    will typically fix it. But its only a mtter of time before I have to do it again.

    Here are a list of things I have done in my router settings to try and resolve the issue, i have also posted pics of my router set up pages for your viewing:

    -Turned on UPnP

    -Stuck my xbox in the default DMZ (which doesnt really help bc my router assigns a diff ip address to the xbox at random times, and when i go back to input the ip address that I put in the default dmz it will say "Cannot find IP address"

    -Forwarded all ports required by xbox live to run smoothly

    -Disabled Port Scan and DoS Protection

    -Disabled IGMP Proxying

    -Clicked OPEN on NAT Filtering

    I have run PING TESTS which always come back very good. Here is one I just ran http://www.pingtest.net/result/101337998.png

    Also worth noting, not sure if it means anything. Whenever i do connect to the network, and run a detailed statistics report on my xbox, it says "You connection is behind a CONE nat type".

    I have contacted xbox support 10000000 times. They do what they can but eventually tell me i need to contact my ISP or Router manufacture. I have contacted my ISP who tell me that they do not block any ports or sites, and that it is an issues with my xbox
    or router. I have called my router who deflect me back to my ISP or MS (Now I cannot even call my router bc they charge money for technical support if oyu have purchased your router outside of 90 days). Any help would b e awesome. thanks guys. Oh and my router

    I experience continous disconnects from xboxlive. I have a wired connection And everything else continues to work fine. I've set a static ip and put it in the DMZ. But that didn't work. So I turned that off and forwarded all the proper ports. That didn't
    work either. I also have the upnp enabled and the firewall level off. my hardware is "**** Touchstone SBG6700-AC Wireleas Cable Modem Gateway. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hopefully someone can help me out here

    Hello, what you can do is clear your system cache and reset your network configuration to factory default. You can also have a look at this link as this can help you with your issue (support.xbox.com/.../connectivity-solutions).

    Hopefully someone can help.

    One of the first things I would look at is the firmware. The following link :
    support.netgear.com/.../WNDR4500v2
    has the newest firmware available. Often software can play into how the hardware behaves. Looking at various reviews it seems multiple issues have been circling this particular router. Any way you can get your hands on
    a different one just to test or see how things look on a different router. It doesn't sound like its the Xbox or your ISP. Have you looked into the firmware to see which version you are running and if so give that a shot and see if that helps. If not I would
    again try to borrow one from someone to test it and if that proves the router is the cause just get it replaced and you should be back up and gaming in no time!

  5. I have issues with my internet right now due to isp so cant check the router screenshots otherwise I would tell you where to go and what to do.

    But teredo usually is the cause of this. Teredo is dependant on several stuff, first of all teredo uses additional port 3544, make sure it is open.

    Secondly most routers have IPV passthrough/IPsec passthrough , it has many names so make sure it is enabled under your router.

    Also as a alternative solution you can disable IPV6 all together if your provided has teredo issue and is not up to date on it. This usually sorts out the issue with german ISP providers and teredo. Ill try to get back to you when I the inet is fixed on
    my side(Isp issue) with screenshots perhaps and explanations.
