Hopefully a baseball game is in the works?

Wow M doesn't even support their own country.... just kidding. I'm sure they do. That will please at least some of you Americans if they did. But M doesn't make every game for their platform a variety of game devs do. In NZ and Australia they even have a
rugby game for Xbox so they're supporting us even though I'm not really into rugby, I guess I'm a Microsoft-er since they didn't bring out a baseball game?? Another popular sport in Oceania (Australia/NZ) is Cricket and yup, I like that. Xbox might even have
some cricket game on Xbox 360/Xbox 1 ;DD

 

We need baseball on Xbox One, no reason for PS4 to have one and not Xbox. Microsoft, you need to develop a game better than RBI.. We don't want an arcade game, we want a full in depth simulation game like MLB The Show.

 

I wish we had a game to play similar to MLB The Show. My friends have PS4 and I hate to buy PS4 just to play a real baseball game. I have had Xbox since the first console came out and I don't want to switch, but I may be forced to make the switch. A true
MLB video game should be on Xbox One, I have grown up playing this on Xbox and would like to continue....

Gaming doesn't have to be an either or thing. Buy a PS4 and play the show and the other great exclusives that have been released and will. You can still play xbox one as well.

 

I would certainly like a true baseball sim for Xbox One. I have a PS3 mainly for The Show. As much as I love that game, I think it would be beneficial for it to have some competition. I still have hope that a game will be announced by the end of this
year with a Opening Day 2016 release on Xbox One.

For baseball they'd have to since 2k still owns the third party MLB rights. Sarcasm isn't useful when you don't know what you're talking about.

 

^^^So maybe the OP should whine on a 2k site? Sarcasm does work when one goes to a Microsoft "general forums" complaining to Microsoft about games/licenses that don't even exist ( essentially blaming and or whining towards Microsoft) when the vast majority
of games for the console are not made by Microsoft. You would have better luck whining on the MLB website, 2k site, or developers who have or do (with competing consoles) make current MLB games.

 

Do ya know what third party means? Lol. Microsoft would have to make the game just like Sony makes The Show. SDS is Sony first party. Microsoft even bought the rights to High Heat baseball from 3DO a bunch of years back. We all figured they'd make a
baseball game to compete with The Show. So yes, Microsoft would be the ones to ask about any upcoming sim baseball game on the One.

 

Then go to the suggestion/feedback forum, they aren't listening for input on what games to fund in the general forums.

I'm fairly certain we all know what "general discussion" means, but complaining on here to MS to make a baseball game is essentially blowing smoke. No one from MS will read this, so all of your cries will fall on deaf ears. If you (or anyone) truly wants
a baseball sim on the Xbox you'd be better off actually contacting a developer/publisher and requesting one. Perhaps all of the people who want a game can get some kind of kickstarter thing going?

 

See, I don't think you do. The OP wasn't complaining or demanding. He was making conversation on a general message board about the lack of a baseball game on the One. None of his statements were directed at MS.
