Hooking up my Xbox One to a VGA monitor?

My monitor's resolution is higher than 720p, so I know it's efficient enough to use with an Xbox One. However, my monitor is not HDMI, it's a VGA. I'm wondering what are my options?

If anyone could give me any detailed info on this, that would be great!

    Thanks

    :)

  3. Blurry 1080p via HDMI- impossible to solve?

Could it be that you have a bad HDMI cable? Try another one. If that doesnt work, try hooking up the Xbox through VGA. Just be advised. I have heard the 3rd party cables are garbage meaning you should get the official Microsoft one.

VGA is an analog connection and the X1 only connects to digital sources, hence the hdmi. I don't believe there is a viable option to connect to a vga monitor but you would be able to connect to a newer monitor that has hdmi in ports.
