Honor demands action for this afront to justice.

Last night, 3/19/18 at approximately 9:40pm I sent a message "Stop killing me you A**Hole! This is the 5th time you C***!" to which is he replied with ;P meaning it was his intention the whole time to cause my death in a warzone match on Halo 5. After I
reported him I was kicked form the game and banned meaning he and his friends clustered my tag with reports. This type of blatant disregard for the circumstance and sheer volume of complaints on one person is a clear sign of incompetence that cannot be aloud
to stand. For the very first time now I have been banned and I am not even aloud to have my case reviewed and the people responsible for this to be punished. The same issues happened on the 360 and were supposedly fixed so you can only report players who have
come in contact with you but that is no longer the case now with people able to abuse the system. This is ridiculous and uncalled for and if it isn't solved I will be calling the legal department for a breach of contract, moral standards, and inadequate employee
conduct in regards to the matter. This isn't just a small matter to me as my religious views have been violated; my virtue is honor and those responsible have besmirched it, laugh if you want but you will only prove my point.

It only takes one valid complaint to have someone suspended. Since you did use profanity you violated the code of conduct.

 

It has nothing to do with the amount of people that report you.

It has to do with whether your profile did something to violate the code of conduct which can be read here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct

All you have to do is send one message that violates the code of conduct and if that person reports you then your profile is subject to suspension.

Now as far as filing a case review any case that is less then 24 hours is not eligible for a case review because by the time the enforcement team reinvestigates the report the suspension will be over.
