Honey Badger vs.Remington R5

HB is a two hit kill at any range with the select fire (single fire) attachment.

 

I'm onto the Remington, L115, lsat, and one more ar, the asx I can't remember. I will say that the orange site that converts to an iron site is awesome. I can't wait when I am done with gold rushing to use it on the mtarx. I wish I had known it converts
to iron sites when I was using the mtarx during my gold chase.

Similar to the AK-12 single shot. If I am in try hard mode it is awesome, but usually after work I'm too tired and need the full auto 3-4 bullet kill.

 

Remington R5 with Muzzle Brake and Red Dot FTW!

 

Been using the remington for a few hours and I do not like it much. The sway and slow rate of fire is getting on my nerves. Not a reliable run n gun weapon as aiming down site (ads) takes a while. It did not impress me. I just don't see the reason why guys
use the mtarx and especially use the remington. The remington is more of a stand still camper weapon while also being defensive.

 

put a silencer on the Remy with AP rounds......... report back

 

Red dot,Extended clip,Quickdraw,Ready up Stalker is pretty good imo on the Remmy.

 

The stalker perk in Ghost is not the same as it was on blops2. I am all over the place when I use it but I will give it a real honest try again and see what I am doing wrong. Maybe I just need to tweak my game play a bit when equipping stalker.

 

Does the stalker perk in ghosts let you turn quicky too maybe? That might make it feel like that. I havent used it in ghosts, but what I didnt like about it in bo2 was that movement was faster, but if you incuded turning it slowed down to normal speed. It
just felt awkward.

 

AK-12 with silencer just wish it had a higher fire rate, anyone know if theres an attachment to up the fire rate?

 

@ToG--I think Stalker ONLY makes you move faster while ADS, ie, not just "turn faster".

 

I havent used it yet in ghosts but found that really annoying before. I guess you'd turn at normal speed, but combined with fast movement it was just strange. You'd ads and move quickly, but when you went to turn it was almost if you got hit with a stun
nade.

 

Maybe if you ADS while turning, it would be faster, dunno. Its a good perk but I think Ready Up is better.

 

Thats what I mean. ( at least in previous ) ads while moving was dfast .... ads while turning is normnal. ...... making it feel like you turn extra slow because of the sudden difference in speed.

 

I personally like the R5 it seems its range is more and accurate. The honey badger is deadly but when it comes to range it does not compare in accuracy. Also R5 with the right attachments is better then the Badger at any range.
