    honestly i’m so done with xbox live at this point


    is it just me or am i the only one whos beyond annoyed at xbox support? not only has xbox live gone down twice in less then 24 hours, but also has gone down multiple times just this month. as a member who pays yearly for a service that doesnt work most of
    the time, i believe that xbox should just comepensate us for all the trouble just in the past month. its bad enough that playstation and pc doesnt make you pay for an online membership and it works while xbox just sits back and watches as it crumbles. can
    it really be that hard for a multi-billion dollar company to have sustainable servers?? i get it theres a pandemic and a bunch of people play but cmon now this is getting ridiculous.

    iv been trying all day to get any type of help and its really not that hard either, my son just bought x box1 and instead of waiting for it to come he used his cousins to set up his account, so when he got it last night he found all of his cousins friends
    on his, not just that I put in my credit card info and it still wont let him buy any thing says no payment option, with this new x box 1 came 5 games, so my question is how or what do I do to fix this, im not good at this stuff and my husband is in hospital
    so I REALLY REALLY need the help, so my son isn't worrying about his dad 24/7. if I do factory reset will he loose the 5 games that came with it he had to put the codes in for the games. PLEASE HELP ME

    I m bout to give up on xbox also due to them wanting me to purchase dlcs I already own in my garage on forza 4 this is ridiculous,I've been playing this game since it came out.The cars are in my garage and I cant drive them ****
