Pins not showing on Home Page since 2017 fall update

    Hi

The pins have been relocated if you press the Xbox Button on the controller to bring up the guide below the home button you will see three symbols and the one on the right that looks like a drawing pin will be your pins. Once you have opened pins if you
scroll to the very bottom of the list you should see an option to Add pins to home that add the pins back to your homescreen.

  3. Pinned apps disappear from home screen on Xbox One

I've had that happen several times. It appears to be a bug. To get them back, just open up Games and Apps, open the menu for one of the games or apps and pin it. This should bring back all of your pins.

    Hey there lampeyu!

Sorry to hear about the scrolling issue, I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and check to see if the issue is continuing to occur.
Give the suggested steps a try and if the issue continues, I would reach out to phone support for further assistance. You can reach phone support from our Contact Us page. Feel free to post back letting
us know if the issue is sorted.

    Yes, thanks for the reply!

I see where the Pin icon is, but when I go there is says you have no pins add some, and when I do pin something then go check, nothing is in my pins.

Can no longer pin My Games & Apps page?

    Hello QuiGonJohn13,

The "My Games & Apps" section is now pinned on the upper right corner of your Xbox Homescreen. Its there for easier access. Its fixed there and can not be pinned elsewhere.

    Controller right stick up drift

Posted this earlier today and still haven't had a response. I'm having the same issue in destiny.

    ---------------------------

Everytime I go to the homescreen (dashboard), I have trouble getting back into a game or an app. I have to repeatedly hit A on the controlled and the game/app will eventually open after about 10-15 seconds. I thought I may have too many things pinned to
the dashboard, so when I tried to remove them the same thing happened when I tried to Unpin by clicking A on the controller (of course, I already clicked start when over the app). I have no trouble navigating to different apps on the homescreen, I just can't
open them. I've tried a hard reboot multiple times with no luck. It's becoming increasingly frustrating. Any suggestions?
