Homes screen temporary issues.

I have had the Xbox one for a little over a month now with no issue. Well then four days ago when I turned it on I'd go log in to my account. the Xbox would load the main home screen just fine but all other tabs would be replace with a message saying. "Having
trouble connecting? It might be an issue on our side we're working on it." And the snap side says "your pins aren't available. Sorry about that. They should be back soon."

I've checked the nat which is open and nothing else is connected to the internet. I can play any apps I've downloaded and any game I have. I was gonna download some other apps but can't get to that page. How do I get my snaps and other pages back.

Anyone having the same issue or is it just me. Any ideas will help at this point kinda irritated with this right now.

home screen issues

I just had the same issue a few minutes ago. Issue was fixed after hard rebooting. I think it has something to do with their servers.

Home screen issues

Yesterday I had multiple issues with my home screen. The first time, I turned my xbox on and the entire screen was shifted to 99th right. The left side was empty and the items on the far right were off the screen. Later in the day I turned my 360 on and
was greeted with an xbox one home screen. Has anyone else had these issues?

Do a hard reset by holding down the power button on the console until it powers down. Then start it up again. I've had this issue occur a couple times.

All solutions so far are only temporary. You can press-and-hold the power button for 10 seconds to do a cold power off. You can pull the power cord when it's off for a few seconds. You can reset your MAC address in the settings.

They all have the effect of causing the xbox to do a cold power boot. This will fix the problem for a couple of days but it always comes back. Xbox needs to acknowledge this problem and tell us what they are doing to permanently fix it.

Hey Boofter! I totally agree with magaman about the hard reset. Also, I do know that just over the past week there have been times where support.xbox.com was showing limited service (red exclamation) which generally means issues with matchmaking or connection
to Live. That could also be causing some issues for you!

Confirming that un-installing the DLC fixes the issue of crash to home screen when selecting a vehicle in game.

Works for me - you mileage may differ but seems like a temporary fix until patch released.

Unfortunately as you can't get to the home screen you will probably have to set up a second (temporary) account on the console using another e-mail address to the first account to allow you to get to the home screen and delete the first account.
