    Homepage Offer for Free Month of Gold Not Honored?!?


    My xbox one home page has an offer that says "TRY GOLD FOR FREE. Exclusive offer just for you". When I try to activate it, it says account past due, which it's not. I contacted support via chat and they told me to ignore the comment about "past due" but said
    I'm not eligible for the offer. How does "Exclusive offer just for you" not apply to me?

    Xbox Live Gold - Not working shows as Silver account

    So end of last month I renued the Account to Gold status for FREE 1 Month. The next renewal is 26th of this Month.

    Why is it showing i dont have gold on marketplace or my homepage. aswell as can't play online or play my games for gold yet on the Microsoft status screen on

    Also, the offer just started this month. So there were not 2 free games in June. There was only 1 in honor of E3 and the announcement of the offer.

    There was never supposed to be a second free game for June. Fable 3 is the only free game this month in honor of E3. The actual offer starts July 1. The terms have been the same since the offer was announced.

    Xbox Gold offers access to free games every month, for example this months free games were Forza Horizon 2, Dead Space 3, and For Honor which are all pretty awesome games depending on your play style. But that's also only for this month, each month comes
    with free games for Gold users. I got Metal Gear Solid and Vanquish for free also not long ago. You also get some pretty good discounts in the store for some awesome games. Which if you take advantage of you'll get more than your money back. They also offer
    sales on gold memberships too at times which definitely help the wallet lol

    Hope that was enough to ease your decision on becoming a Gold member. Hopefully I can renew mine soon also. Best of luck!

    How to get free games for Live Gold?

    Those are examples of the games that you will be able to download per the 'two free games per month' thing. If I remember correctly this offer starts July 1st, and will probable featured on the homepage and in the main adbox on the consoles dashboard.
