homepage doesn't renew

my homepage on my xbox live account doesn't renew, it keeps showing a very old homepage with the tiger woods 14 demo. because of this i also couldn't download the destiny beta

If it doesn't have a warranty, it has to be replaced. You can get them on the Xbox homepage store or any electronic retailer.

 

do you mean your xbox console Dashboard?

you could try deleting a few things so it would renew

navigate to Settings, System, storage, Highlight hdd and press y, then delete systemcache (do this 3times), then Highlight hdd and press a, go to systemdata or so, check if there is something called marketplace data and delete. see ig this worked, if no
try with a 2nd gamertag, if it works now, it seems your Profile Needs updating,

navigate to Settings, System, storage, Highlight hdd and press a, go to profiles, choose your Profile and delete, then !careful! only delete Profile without Contents.
