    Homepage audio crackling and popping when moving from tile to tile ( Exactly right after latest Xbox One console update ! )

    Hi everyone, Xbox one has just released its latest console update today in the UK.



    I installed mine around an hour ago and right after installation and restarting, the audio for moving from ' tile to tile ' is now crackling and popping all other audio seems to be fine, but this is a noticeable annoyance and has happened RIGHT after
    the update.



    Any ideas ? ... has anyone else had this happen ?

    Hopefully there is a solution to this.

    I will start:

    • When I move from tile to tile on my home screen, the sound effect is now crackling and popping - this happened RIGHT after the latest update.
    • In the games store the feature to " PIN " a game you are interested in has now been removed ! ... why ? .. is this on purpose ?
    Anyone else have some problems with the latest update, please note them below.

    No Man's Sky

    I really would like to play No Man's Sky, hopefully they will take it out soon for Xbox One.

    Although saying that, I dont have a lot of faith in Microsoft or Xbox One - I have had to return four game controllers with various faults.. and now with the summer Xbox One software update the audio for moving from tile to tile is crackling ! ... oh and
    I can no longer PIN games from the game store to my home page.

    I don't have a lot of faith in MS or XB ... sometimes I wonder if these faults are on purpose because they are so obvious !

    I cant believe Microsoft, they have been doing the same thing for years now...releasing updates that cause problems !

    Mine does the same thing as well.

    Furthermore, I occasionally notice brief audio popping when playing any game from my library. It seems to happen at completely random times, but I've noticed it especially during loading screens, dialogues, cutscenes etc...

    I'm still waiting for a fix.

    Audio Crackling has made a return with the most recent update.

    THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!

    ...still no solution to this.

    When I use my gamepad with earphones plugged in ( tried 3 different pairs. so it's not them ) the sound crackles and pops when I interact with the navigation tiles.

    I had an Xbox One and it did this! ..now just a few days ago I got an Xbox One S and IT STILL DOES IT! ...I can't believe the Xbox team has not patched this glitch! after all this time.

    I tried everything I could with the settings, even swapped for new batteries, all to no effect.
    Here I have same problem, crackling audio specially when I'm navigating through the menus and it was worse after the Creators Update.
