Homefront game save transfer to Deepsilver

My game of Homefront is stuck at a black screen after a cutscene near the end of the game. The staff at Deepsilver say they want people to submit their game saves to a dropbox so they can analyze the bug and work on a patch for it. Since I can't access my
game saves from the cloud to submit this via USB drive, is there any other solution or work around?

Hello

The developer seems to have only asked PS4 players to submit their gamesaves as like you mentioned Xbox One gamers do not have direct access to it. When a fix comes out an update will be pushed to everyone with the game and it will fix your gamesave and
prevent it from potentially happening again.

Solved the problem by deleting manually the local saves (after safety copy of course).

They can be found in User\AppData\Local\Packages\DeepSIlver...\SystemAppData\wgs

The game syncs saves from cloud after starting, takes a minute with black screen, then worked fine.
