    Homeconsole


    Hello Microsoft-Workers,

    i have 2 Consoles and playing at my own House and the House of my Parents. The following Problem is i used 5 times that my Console at my own House is my homeconsole and now it ain't anymore, but i wanted to play with my other Account at my Parents House.
    I accidentely did it so much because i didn't know how to set it up so i lost all of my chances. Now i need help at this, could someone take care of this Problem and contact me as soon as possible or restore it?

    hello xbox team i hope you can reset my homeconsole because my friend has log in with my acc and i cant change the homeconsole

    You can only set your gamertag as Home on one console at a time so the answer would be yes, Home would be removed from the other console. I also wanted to add a reminder that you can only change Home 5 times per year.

    If you've reached your limit, you'll have to wait the year before you can change it again.

    It should be working to set up a family on your main console and add both children's accounts to the family there. Also set your "family" console as homeconsole for the children accounts, by logging into the children account on the "family" console and change
    the homeconsole setting there.

    Is this your first Xxbox one console? I only ask because you have 5 changes to home Xbox per account. So if you used all 5 changes before switching to the new console, you would still be out of changes to home Xbox until a year from the first change.
