    HOME XBOX - XBOX ONE


    Hi Guys,



    My first ever post so sorry if its in the wrong category





    I am trying to understand this "home xbox" - I currently have 2 accounts which are set as "home xbox" so they can both use my xbox live.



    I want to gameshare with a friend I tried to add his account on my xbox but it wouldn't allow me to set it as home xbox - Is there a limit per xbox or account? EG if 5 of my friends set my gamertag to "home xbox" is there a limit to the account of
    xbox's can add my gamertag as home xbox or is it 3 account's on 1 xbox (per year)

    If on xbox one, can you not make the 2nd xbox one the 1st xbox one's home console and run them both off one membership?
    Am pretty sure you can.

    HOME XBOX - XBOX ONE

    You can only change your Home setting 3 times in 1 year and you can only have 1 console set as your Home console at a time. It's best to keep the console you use the most as your Home console. The feature is really only meant to be used in your own household.

    Is your Xbox One console your home Xbox? You can check this by:

    Scroll left from Home to open the guide.

    Select Settings.

    Select All Settings.

    Select Personalisation.

    Select My home Xbox.

    Review the information, and then do one of the following:

    Select Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox.

    Select This is not my home Xbox to remove the designation.

    NOTE: You can only have one home Xbox.

    Right, once the B console will be the Home Xbox, the A one will no longer be designated as Home Xbox, so one console at a time can be designate as the Home Xbox.

    Designate an Xbox One console as your home Xbox

    • Scroll left from Home to open the guide.
    • Select Settings.
    • Select All Settings.
    • Select Personalization.
    • Select My home Xbox.
    • Select Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox.
