Home Xbox Setting not sharing to other accounts!

Please help! My husband and I both recently upgraded to current gen consoles - we have had 2 Xboxes in our home since the 360. Everything was fine until we noticed that it wasnt giving my husband access to content that is free with my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
subscription, even though he was playing on my “home console”.

The content was on sale, so we just bought it, on my account, on the “home console”. Well now it has just kept getting worse to the point that my “home console” is no longer sharing anything! He can’t even start a party because it says he needs Xbox Live
Gold! We can’t play online together and it won’t let him access any content owned on my account.

It says anyone on my “home console” gets access to my owned content and subscriptions, so why did it just stop working? We have factory reset the “home console” repeatedly and it does not fix the issue. I see posts on these forums with people having this
same exact problem going back for years. Why is there no topic with a solution? We’ve spent so much money to be able to play together and it is ruined and won’t work. I’ve spent nearly 2 hours on with support and they just go in circles. They hang up on me
and don’t call back. They open a ticket, then we don’t get any response. Please, someone has to know how to fix this. Thank you!
