Home xbox problem

Hi, I try to share my games with my brother, we both put the other console as principal(home), and one another as family. Now he can download all my games but I can't download any of his... why?

please help...

Sorry to hear it. What will need to happen is that your friend will need to call phone support and request a reset of the Home option. Support may be able to do this for him.

When he purchases a game on his console the download will also go to your console because he has it set as his Home console and this should work vice versa for him as well.

However, if you want to download previously purchased games on his account your brother will need to sign into his account on your console and go to My Games & Apps then scroll right until he gets to Ready to Download. From there he'll be able to download
the games to your console.

 

I did that but in ready to install are only demos .

 

Then his games may all be on disc and he hasn't bought any digital ones.

 

I know that is a digital one.

 

Ok. What I'm going to suggest then is to have your brother come to your console, sign in and head to the Xbox One Marketplace and search out the games he purchased. He should be able to start the install that way.

 

He did, but the game is only showing to buy...

 

Alright then. Which game is it? Has he tried redownloading the game from the website here?
