the story on this is I went over my friends house and I,signed in on his Xbox and set his Xbox as my home Xbox so we can play advanced warfare so I have my unlocks but later that day I went back home and made my Xbox my home xbox and when I wasn't online
he signed in to my account and made his Xbox be my accounts home Xbox. And I bought a game recently digitally and he's able to play it even though he didn't pay for it and I don't want him to be able to play it. When I try to make my Xbox my home Xbox its
says you can only do this 3 times a year. Is there anyway I can make my Xbox my home Xbox?

Sorry to hear it. What will need to happen is that your friend will need to call phone support and request a reset of the Home option. Support may be able to do this for him.

If you don't own the games you can't download them. you have to buy games in order to play them. Other wise its stealing.

Ok. What I'm going to suggest then is to have your brother come to your console, sign in and head to the Xbox One Marketplace and search out the games he purchased. He should be able to start the install that way.
