    So my xbox account recently got hacked but I have now sorted this out. However it seems that the hackers used my last couple of home xbox switches on their consoles. Now that i have just bought a new xbox 1 s i need to make this my home xbox but the hackers
    used them up and now it doesnt allow me to switch home xbox. can anyone help in telling me what i can do?

    If you don't own the games you can't download them. you have to buy games in order to play them. Other wise its stealing.

    Ok. What I'm going to suggest then is to have your brother come to your console, sign in and head to the Xbox One Marketplace and search out the games he purchased. He should be able to start the install that way.
