    Hi, my Xbox live period is over. My mom got it on ger Xbox though and we thougt I could get live after just set her Xbox to my home-xbox but when we do I still don’t have live. We’re in the same family on Xbox too but still dorsn’t work. What should we do?

    Your mom would have to set your console as her Home console in order for you the share her gold. Or you would have to use her console.

    If you don't own the games you can't download them. you have to buy games in order to play them. Other wise its stealing.

    Ok. What I'm going to suggest then is to have your brother come to your console, sign in and head to the Xbox One Marketplace and search out the games he purchased. He should be able to start the install that way.
