    Home xbox not refreshed


    So my friend tried to switch my home xbox to his xbox, but it wouldn't let him because it says you can only switch home xbox 3 times per year. So I was wondering if you could refresh it. I do not recall anyone switching the home xbox on my account before,
    this is the first time I'm doing it.

    Friend's list not refreshed

    Hello,

    It happens really often. I switch on my Xbox One to see who's connected and it shows me the same friends list than yesterday and it tells me that I have no friends connected on Smart Glass.

    That is a problem I have and many other people has too. But no communication or help from your side.

    Can you please help with this issue?

    you gotta wait your turn 12months after the last one

    You can try contacting Support but really your friend shouldn't be doing anything with your account at all

    Any ideas

    Also try hard resetting your Xbox. It cleans up the cached files and refreshes the home dashboard.

    Dashboard Not Loading Correctly

    If on the home page press LT+RT+Y this refreshes the home page hope this helps.

    Gold card is not recognised by party chat.

    Are you designated as the Home Xbox account ? Have you tried power cycling the console to see if that refreshes the new info ?

    Xbox Live Gold works for Adult but not for child on same device

    If your account has the subscription then your account needs to be designated as the home xbox for it share. Try power cycling the console to refresh it.
