Home Xbox limit reached but i didnt changed it 5 times?

Good Evening,

One of my friends got an entrance to my Account and selected his Xbox as Home Xbox, But only for Once he don`t know my Login Data. But for no reason he was kicked out and wen can not changed it back because we get the Letter that we have reached the limit
of avaible changes. Could somebody reset the period or give us one time or do we have to wait?. Because i think as Member from Xbox Live should have a safe Account where only the People that got my Xbox Home have the permission to activate that function. So
please help me with this Problem.

ps. Sorry for the Bad English im from Germany and only found the English Support

help me to renew my main xbox

If you have already reached you limit of changes, you will have to wait a year to change your Home console. Since the limit was changed to 5, it is no longer possible to have it reset.

If you've already reached your limit, you'll have to wait a year before you can change your Home setting again. Since the limit was changed from 3 to 5 it is no longer possible to have it reset.

I know one has my Account Data even my friend dont know my Data

What you would have to do is contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and if your account is eligible for a home xbox counter reset they would be the ones that can do it for you

Hello , the limit on home xbox changes is 5 per year. Once you have reached that limit you will have to wait until the anniversary of the date the first home xbox change took place. For example if the first time you changed it was on 3/1/17 then you will
be able to set it again on 3/1/18

You can't.There's a 5 time per 12 month limit. (the limit was changed ngocphi)

If you've reached that limit then you will have to wait 12 months.

I fail to see how anyone can need to change their home console more than 5 times in 12 months unless you are trying something dodgy.
