HOME XBOX limit changes

Dear Microsoft,

I own a Forza Edition Xbox One, I then upgraded by adding a Xbox One Elite and finally upgraded again by adding an Xbox One X. I own all three consoles and they are all at the same family home. All are 1TB. With a handful of games the hard drives fill up
fast, even when you have to use a disc. I have two children who also use the consoles. When we go visit family we take a console with us. All three consoles have a different variety of games downloaded. My children are both at school and I am the Xbox Live
subscriber.

There is a necessity to change which is my home xbox this allows two of my xbox's to play together online which has meant buying two copies of each game.

Today 11 May 2018 I went to change which console I wanted to be my home console to find it had been restricted because I had changed it Five times this year and I was informed that I would have to wait until November to change again.

At no previous time had I seen a warning advising me that I had a limited number of home console changes.

To the best of my knowledge Xbox no longer offer a family pass and I cannot justify buying three xbox live subscriptions for the same house.

I had hoped to be able to play with all three consoles on line, but I have been limited to two. Now I am limited to one until November.

This obviously causes logistic problems within my household.

I have supported Microsoft with PC's and every generation of xbox, but this makes me feel that enough is enough.

Not only has the family pass gone but you expect every child to have there own account to play online gaming.

All three xbox's can be on at the same time in this house.

I want to decide when I change my home xbox and how often I change it, not to be told that I can't. I don't believe that is an unreasonable request especially considering how much the hardware and software cost.

I can live with only two being able to play at once online but it's not ideal.

If you want continued support I would expect a remedy to this situation. Its with in your power to provide a solution.

If you have reached the Home Xbox change limit, you will have to wait until the 12 months limit is reached.

If you have already used your limit of home console changes then you will have to wait 1 year from the time you used the first home xbox change before you can do it again.

The home Xbox change limit was changed to 5 per year. Unless you are sharing your home console with your neighbors (which is against the code of conduct) then 5 changes per year is more than enough.
