    Home xbox issues.


    Hi, its my first time on the Xbox forums and I'm just trying to resolve an issue I'm having with my Home Xbox location. I had gone over to a friends for a long period of time and had set my home Xbox there thinking nothing of it, however when I got home
    i was informed that i had used the only three chances i had this year to switch its location, I would just like it on my own Xbox One and nothing else.

    Please help.

    not really which game the account came on other then remove the accounts one by one until It vanish's then readd the account

    You would have to try contacting support to see if they can reset your limit. Otherwise, you'll need to wait a year before you can change it again. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year. That's pretty much it. The system you and your brother would have worked to share games if you didn't keep changing it so many times. I'm not sure why you did, but back to
    what I said at the beginning of this post... You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year so waiting is the only option I see. Have a nice day. :)

    Hi, if you're having problems with the Home Xbox setting it's best to call Xbox phone support, they may be willing to check and reset the Home Xbox feature on your account.

    Yes I purchased the games with my profile. And do you really think I haven't tried a hard reset a factory reset and a multitude of other things. I came here because none of the normal problem solutions worked.
