Home Xbox Issue

I can not play any of my downloaded games while not connected to the internet. I recieve the error code 0x87de2727 and you must designate this as your home xbox. The xbox I am trying to play on is my home xbox. Any help would be appreciated.

That is correct it'll appear as you stated if it's a digital copy of the game then you cannot play it. you can go to setting - personalisation - My home Xbox - enable (You'll need to be connected to Xbox live to do this first.)

 

Yes but if it is a digital copy and it is my home xbox then I should be able to play it offline. And as I said above I do have it set as my home xbox which is why I have a problem.

Youngbaezi1024 is right if the game hasn't been purchased off your account and obtained the game from a friend then that'll not work.

Yes I purchased the games with my profile. And do you really think I haven't tried a hard reset a factory reset and a multitude of other things. I came here because none of the normal problem solutions worked.

 

Ravenwarrior77 there are no mind readers here and people come here all the time that have not tried these things. Maybe it would be nice if you told us what you have tried.
