    Home Xbox issue


    My friend used the game sharing feature on his xbox and gave me his home xbox, but about every week or 2 it would disconnect me from his home xbox and now i am unable to join it untill the end of the year???? I want to know if i can fix this?

    You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year. That's pretty much it. The system you and your brother would have worked to share games if you didn't keep changing it so many times. I'm not sure why you did, but back to
    what I said at the beginning of this post... You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year so waiting is the only option I see. Have a nice day. :)

    Hi, if you're having problems with the Home Xbox setting it's best to call Xbox phone support, they may be willing to check and reset the Home Xbox feature on your account.

    Yes I purchased the games with my profile. And do you really think I haven't tried a hard reset a factory reset and a multitude of other things. I came here because none of the normal problem solutions worked.
