    Hi I recently upgraded to a series s and I'm having issues with my Xbox series s, on my Xbox one I used to be able to turn off the internet and play the game without updating it or having any apparent license issues but now I transferred to my Xbox series s and I set it as my home Xbox I turn the internet off and I open the game and it says you need to be online to play this game

    It directs me to the home Xbox page and I set it as my home Xbox and shut my internet off and red dead redemption still says I need to be online to play it.

    On the games that do load offline they don't read my save games either

    You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year. That's pretty much it. The system you and your brother would have worked to share games if you didn't keep changing it so many times. I'm not sure why you did, but back to
    what I said at the beginning of this post... You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year so waiting is the only option I see. Have a nice day. :)

    Hi, if you're having problems with the Home Xbox setting it's best to call Xbox phone support, they may be willing to check and reset the Home Xbox feature on your account.

    Yes I purchased the games with my profile. And do you really think I haven't tried a hard reset a factory reset and a multitude of other things. I came here because none of the normal problem solutions worked.
