    Me and my brother wanted to game share a recently released game but we can’t game share. He can make my account his home xbox without and issues whilst i can’t make his account my home xbox.

    When i attempt to do it it says ‘Unable to save changes’ and that ‘We are unable to connect to the service at the moment.’

    This is really frustrating as i can’t understand why he can add my account and i can’t add his, ive waited and reset my xbox multiple times and nothing changes. Would appreciate anyone’s help Home Xbox Issue :)

    You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year. That's pretty much it. The system you and your brother would have worked to share games if you didn't keep changing it so many times. I'm not sure why you did, but back to
    what I said at the beginning of this post... You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year so waiting is the only option I see. Have a nice day. :)

    Hi, if you're having problems with the Home Xbox setting it's best to call Xbox phone support, they may be willing to check and reset the Home Xbox feature on your account.

    Yes I purchased the games with my profile. And do you really think I haven't tried a hard reset a factory reset and a multitude of other things. I came here because none of the normal problem solutions worked.
