    Home xbox issue


    so me and my little brother game share with each other by having his xbox as my home xbox and my xbox as his home xbox. he can play all the games i have and i can play all the games he has, up until recently that is. a few days ago i tried playing GTA V
    which my brother owns and it says i cant because i dont have the rights. so i double check to see if my xbox is still his home xbox and it is. i went to check if he could play FOR HONOR and he can. so whats going on? something is odviously messed up and its
    annoying. him changing his home xbox to mine is his 3rd time so i can't really mess with it.

    You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year. That's pretty much it. The system you and your brother would have worked to share games if you didn't keep changing it so many times. I'm not sure why you did, but back to
    what I said at the beginning of this post... You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year so waiting is the only option I see. Have a nice day. :)

    Hi, if you're having problems with the Home Xbox setting it's best to call Xbox phone support, they may be willing to check and reset the Home Xbox feature on your account.

    Yes I purchased the games with my profile. And do you really think I haven't tried a hard reset a factory reset and a multitude of other things. I came here because none of the normal problem solutions worked.
