Home Xbox is no longer sharing online access

For some reason since July 30th Xbox live is no longer sharing access to online games unless I am logged onto the home Xbox for my kids to use the feature. When we test it out the system asks the kids, and my wife as well, to purchase a gold membership.
This worked seamlessly for the last month with two Xbox's for the kids to play together and the family as well. But now unless I can be in two places at once we are shut down. The system knows it is the home Xbox, but it acts like it is not.

You would have to set it so the console is no longer your Home console. If you are sharing anything else with any other profiles, they will lose access to everything else as well.

As others have stated, there is no way to transfer those licenses besides sharing access to them via

Home Console designation. That will allow you to play another user's digital content but you would not own that content in any way and once that Home Console designation is changed, you would lose access to those games again.

If you purchased an Xbox One console where the seller is claiming that games are on the console but you are no longer able to access them, this would mean that he changed his Home Console designation.

It is the home Xbox. Says it is, but when you attempt any online games the system sends me to add gold membership to all of the family under my account. I have to be logged into the system so they can play since the 30th which is new. Do I need to reset

that is weird , the others didn't make it "their" home xbox did they ? each profile should be checked with yours logged out to see if its their "home " or not , the owner of the "gold" should be the only one telling it it's the "home" xbox.......other
than that , it might be a profile glitch ...you can try this below and see if that works also ....

go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

 

or possibly some restrictions in the family settings ?
