    Home Xbox Gold Not Working.


    So I bought a 12 Month card for Xbox Live gold and redeemed it on my account and everything. But I have two xbox ones and the account only has gold on the non home xbox and that account and other accounts on the home xbox dont have
    the gold.

    I have a prepaid subscription for XBox live Gold. We have set the console to our home console on each users profile. However, my son can not access the Gold Subscription. HELP!

    1-You should check if your child has a minor account and has restricted the online game or access to xbox live gold.

    2- you can check in the following link the status of xbox live in case there was a problem in the servers,

    3- Get in touch with support https://support.microsoft.com/ to check the status of the account.

    4-You can also look at the following link
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/     to check that at any time there was a breach of some norm and had some kind of suspension

    do you have gold membership on your account or home gold

    If home gold that would be why

    You need to have an actual membership for 360 games with gold

    Home gold only works with Xbox one

    If 48hour trial then no that's not gold

    Gold Sharing will only work if your Son is signed into your HOME xbox.

    If you set your Sons Xbox at school as your accounts Home xbox you should be able to share gold with him however gold sharing on your own xbox would stop working

    Follow these steps to set up "Home Sharing" https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-setup/my-home-xbox

    The quick version is to Set each others Xbox as "Home" For the Gamertag.

    The Gamertag with gold will "Share" with the accounts on that xbox. But that gold only works on THAT system for non gold accounts.
