Home Xbox changed without my knowledge, need extra switch

this means you are gamesharing with someone and left your account accessable on their xbox and they changed your home console, change your password and never leave your credentials on other consoles.

If that doesn't grant an additional switch then I'm afraid you will have to wait until you can switch again.

How does it decide who is eligible? Do u have to be in a specific build?

I've tried every build in the Xbox insiders program except Omega, I still didn't get it

it is random and if you don't get offered one you have to wait for the first switch made to pass a year. it is there for a reason to stop abuse of the system, nobody should use 5 switches in a year, it's as simple as that.

basically, my girlfriend has used all of her home xbox switches without realising but when it comes to trying to get a final extra one theres no option to but shes never done it before and her home xbox is at her old mates house who she fell out with is there any way without waitin like weeks that she can get another one?

If its not giving the option for the survey (to get an extra switch) then there is no other way other than waiting for more switches as they become available.

Support doesnt even have the option to give extra switches anymorem
