You can definitely check if the extra switch is available on your end however if it's not available, waiting for the next switch will be the best option.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select System > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

If you see the option "HELP" please click that and if you see a choice of "Need one more?" you may get an additional one by answering a quick survey.

You can try and use xbox assist and say I can't make this my home .and see if you get the random survey

But since you chose to give access to your account to strangers

You can only use your content while online and what thenyear

as long as you are signed in online you can play all content. there must have been some other switches you are not aware of. nobody can assist getting more and support cannot sort it either.

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue resetting your home Xbox.

Currently, the limit for resetting the home Xbox is 5 per year. Unfortunately, due to this, you will have to wait until this quota automatically resets.

hello, just wondering how many times you have reset your home xbox. Remember you are only give 5 home resets per year
