First, welcome to the Xbox community. As the user said above, each one of the children needs to have a different account, in this case, the account that has the purchased games and subscriptions will be the account defined as home.

both need an account each, make kid 1 xbox 2 home, make kid 2 xbox 1 home

Hello, unfortunately youll have to wait until you'll have the possibility to share again.you may try to contact support, but I can't guarantee you that they'll reset it.

That is unfortunate that this has happened, however there is an easy one-time fix.

To do this you will need to go into Settings>Personalisation>My home Xbox>Learn More and there will be an option to get 1 more but be warned, you can only do this once in a lifetime
