    Home series S xbox not working offline


    I set my series S to my home xbox when i got it. Recently internet has gone down for the last 2 days. My xbox only plays the one game i have as quick-play, all other games it flashes the "Set xbox as home go to settings>...." .

    -I already connected my xbox to my phone hot spot to confirm that it is in fact my home xbox

    - The games i want to play can and have been played offline

    my question is how do fix this so i can play the other games?

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    If you are playing Game Pass membership games, you will need an internet connection to validate your membership.

    If you are trying to play games that were purchased with your account, connect back to the internet, clean your console's MAC and try running the games again.

    To clean the MAC follow this path

    Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

    No console works that way

    You at going to have to assign the xbox one s as your home console and your series s as your roaming console meaning you are going to havr to sign in online on your accounr or the xbox series s anytime you want to use your games.

    While the xbox one s can use any game offline or online on their profiles and yes they need to be on their profiles.

    Unless you're sharing with other people, you may want to set your Series S as your Home since it will be used offline more often.

    No my Xbox series x is online and on the same network as my Xbox one and my Xbox series x is set as my home Xbox
