    Dear Microsoft,

    Your ads are a waste of space and only serve to frustrate. Put my games on the the home screen. I can't believe I have to say that. Figure it out.

    I get this all the time, just hold LT+RT and press Y to force refresh the home screen, might take a few tries but it always sorts it out for me.

    Try a hard reset by holding down the power button on front of console for 5 seconds or so or until it shuts off. You could have to many apps open in memory and just needs a clear out.

    What has a HARD RESET not fixed is what I'd like to know.

    When my Xbox One has problems, I unplug it from the wall power outlet for 5 minutes and then plug it back in Home screen :)

    Can confirm. Unplugging and replugging worked for me too.
    Also confirmed. Unplugging works.

    i basically tried telling tech support and they were very patronizing and when i only wanted to know if there was a fix. tried telling me my xbox was broke
