    Home Screen wont show up


    Came back home from school and I powered up my Xbox when it showed the green restart, strange, but the real shock was when my screen was black with audio and I could still open the restart console/power off controller/power off console menu, I have tried everything short of opening it up

    Hi, I had this problem too. When you set up Xbox on Settings> All Settings> Power & Startup> Turn off or restart> Full Shutdown.

    So your console will help a lot. I have solved this problem and working.

    yeah this problem is still going on.. I'm trying to load up overwatch on the dashboard but it wont go into the game. It shows me tracer (the main picture) for about 20 seconds then sends me back to home screen.

    same problem here. although it shows that i am signed in on the home screen, it wont let me access any online functions. i want to join a friends reallm, but the invite doesnt show up. the friends tab is completely black when opened.
