So you're saying just delete all my games then where it says reset do you want to keep your games or delete I'm assuming I just click delete everything so it starts fresh so once I re-download the games hopefully it won't start me all over again I think I'm getting it right this time correct

You get back on the gane all the content saved in the account, you don't lose any of that content as it's linked to your profile not the console or the installation

You do realize if I click delete all it's going to delete all my games I have to start all over again if that's what you're telling me to do two of these games like I said I put a lot of money into the games once you delete all the games you don't get that back that's content that I bought for the games like shark cards for GTA Gold packs for Red Dead you don't get that back when you delete your games it's like you're starting fresh if that's what you mean by deleting literally everything but ok when this first happened two weeks ago I did a factory I did a reset on my box and everything was okay for a few weeks until now but I did keep my games on

You don't need to delete the games manually, just the factory reset and select delete all content, and not hope you don't start all over again, I'm sure you won't, as I mentioned the progress it's saved on the cloud linked to your account
