Home Screen and Xbox.com GWG not recognizing my Gold status

Did you make sure that your account actually is the one that has the gold subscription? On the forums you're showing as a silver member.

You arent gold that's why

If you're are using a 48hour tor 14day trial that's why it doesn't change your status to gold only temporary multiplayer access

If you are using home gold

Only the primary accounts can use the website for gwg games

I find the Xbox One home screen a bit more simple. Compared to the Xbox 360 dashboard, it feels similar. While they are different the tiles are obviously feel familiar.

While the GwG tile is right at your home screen I have to agree with the OP. There should be a GwG/DwG area in the store

Same concern here and would appreciate some kind of response from Support on this, at least for clarification. The Covetous Gold Serpent Ring has no visual change on the status tooltip screen - currently, whether I have the ring on or off, my item discovery
sits around 200.

However, underneath my stamina bar, there is a gold little serpent showing the game recognizes my use of the ring. Is item discovery being properly boosted or is the game not actually recognizing that I have the ring on?

Unfortunately when you let your Gold subscription lapse you lose access to any XBox One GWG titles you may have downloaded. 360 titles you get to keep regardless of account status.

If you restart your gold subscription you will regain access to all your GWG titles.
