Home Page hasn't changed in a week

Every time I start my xbox up or go back to the home page it has been the same going on two weeks now I can't find the deals of the week and it is always the same Fast and furious game that is the main ad and all the other ads on Video games tv and movie
and music are the same and have been for two weeks. Any Ideas on how to fix it? I am a preview update member also

Gamertag hasn't changed

I payed for my gamertag to be changed and it has been 24 hours and the change has not been implemented, how do I resolve this situation?

I changed my gamertag for my PC experience if that changes anything.

if it's on your 360 you have to download your profile again to finish the change.

For issues like these, we recommend trying the basic troubleshooting steps such as logging out and back in to your account as well as restarting your device. If the issue persists, I'll advice you to request a refund for the charge and see if you are eligible then try changing your gamertag again. However, it would be best to first get in touch with our live support to check your account from their end.
