Yes, Carnival is the only game affected (although I only own 3 games at this stage) lolz

and yes it occurs at the start of the game when its loading. Once I insert the disc and the game loads with the manufactor's logos etc, I sign in with my regular live account, it then says "checking for downloadable content" at that point it freezes completely.

(completely freezes- meaning no sounds, no moving images and unable to access the dashboard)

(Signing in under a different account name still yields the same frozen result)

I figured out how to do this without rebooting after seeing
this page.

1.) Boot up Xbox One

2.) Sign into my Xbox Live Gold account

3.) Start up Amazon Instant Video

4.) Watch video X purchased with my Amazon account

5.) Go to Xbox home screen

6.) Sign out of my Xbox Live Gold profile

7.) Sign into my wife's Xbox Live Gold profile

8.) Select Amazon Instant Video tile on home screen

9.) Press "Menu"

10.) Select "Quit"

11.) Start up Amazon Instant Video

12.) Watch video Y purchased with my wife's Amazon account

I still think using the "Switch User" functionality in the application should load the new user's Amazon account from their profile. I don't see much purpose of having the Switch User function if it doesn't.

your xbox is probably frozen, press home and sign out and back in, see if that works.

Yeah. People have had issues with it not showing properly, but it still functions properly.

Try grabbing Enter The Dominatrix or Saints Save Christmas from the games own content menu, and the final confirmation should say free.
