    When I am in an app or game and I hit my Xbox button it normally pulls up my home screen side bar but now when I press it my screen goes a little dim it nothing pops up and I cannot get out of my app or game. Any ideas?

    not really which game the account came on other then remove the accounts one by one until It vanish's then readd the account

    You can try contacting support, but there is no guarantee they can reset it. Generally once you've reach your limit, you'll have to wait the year before you can start over.

    You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year. That's pretty much it. The system you and your brother would have worked to share games if you didn't keep changing it so many times. I'm not sure why you did, but back to
    what I said at the beginning of this post... You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year so waiting is the only option I see. Have a nice day. :)

    Hi, if you're having problems with the Home Xbox setting it's best to call Xbox phone support, they may be willing to check and reset the Home Xbox feature on your account.
