I have a prepaid subscription for XBox live Gold. We have set the console to our home console on each users profile. However, my son can not access the Gold Subscription. HELP!

Games with gold help

How do you find or get to the free games with gold? I tried going to the xbox one store on the xbox, but it doesn't show the games for gold games. I tried using bing and saying games for gold, but it still doesn't show up. Where from the home page is are the games for gold... I cant seem to find it. It use to be on the home screen but is not anymore and I cant locate it. I am sure I am just missing it... can someone help as to where I can locate this app or page?

I was thinking that too. It's the right thing to do, just not fair to the gold member(hah!!! Gold member), if the people on his box (hah again, people on his box. Lol) are being jerks...

1-You should check if your child has a minor account and has restricted the online game or access to xbox live gold.

2- you can check in the following link the status of xbox live in case there was a problem in the servers,
https://support.xbox.com/es-ES/xbox-live-status

3- Get in touch with support https://support.microsoft.com/ to check the status of the account.

4-You can also look at the following link
https://enforcement.xbox.com/ to check that at any time there was a breach of some norm and had some kind of suspension

I don't think you guys fully understand what home console and sharing is

I. Order to use home gold the accounts must be registered on the home console

However they are only gold on the home console so if you go to another console or your own you cannot be gold unless you buy your own membership

Home gold only applies to one console if you change the home console the way that it isn't intended that's what happems

If your friends console has gold your account can only be gold on that console or anything console with home gold

So if your home console doesn't have gold you need to have gold

Home consoles are only intended for families not the whole neoghborhood

So if you share your content with friends your console won't have gold only your account as you gave the home gold to your friend

The parental account has to have gold FYI not just home gold as home gold doesn't apply to webmarketplace

Are you in. A home gold console.or is the gold membership on your profile if it is home gold that would be why you can't make Web purchases with home gold only the person with actual gokd.csn

Home gold only applies to xbox one

If it's on your console.you need to turn of your console completely and reboot it

Or wait a couple.hours for.thr coder to.apply

Ok. 1 more thing if he buys gold on xbox one can he use.it on the xbox 360. His account is on both consoles.

My guess would be that anyone that plays off of the box with the gold membership, said gamertag with gold membership will be penalized.
