HOME GOLD for xbox360

With the 360 I had the Family xbox live package, the package now expired and my 3 other family members gold subscriptions ran out.

With the Xboxone we have HOME Gold which is perfect.

When will the 360 get this feature as I need it.......my kids can no longer play online anymore with the 360 unless they use my gamertag.

Christmas is almost upon us so this year I want an Xbox 360 but I don’t know which one to get?

Deals With Gold

I went on the Xbox website and games for gold section is only listing Xbox one games. I cannot see the xbox360 games for gold
Anyone else

 

That feature was designed for the Xbox One unfortunately and I can't see the 360 receiving it but it would be good as an update.

 

Home gold is not aimed at xbox 360. It is only available for Xbox One

 

well they took away the Family gold pack....4 gold for the price of 2.... to bring in Home Gold....and basically upset everyone who still use the 360.....so I need to pay for 4 gold memberships now just so my family can game on the 360.. that's ridiculous!!!!!!!
and yes 3 out 0f 4 of us are gaming at the same time constantly in the same household.

I agree it's something they really need to update on 360 for those that lost the family pack. It's such a shame they took away the family gold pack for 360. Sorry about your troubles.

 

It work's great on the ONE, don't get me wrong....They just need to implement this for the 360 as well.

I agree. Many people enjoyed the family plan and took advantage of it as a great offer. Will it come back at all? Who knows but I know first hand it would please a bunch of people.

 

The basic problem was it did not please enough people...

 

Don't see it happening. They want you to jump onto 8th gen with Xbone and not go back and stay on 7th generation Xbox 360. The family share thing is an enticement/incentive to get you to buy an Xbone. Its all about the moolah, shares and profit with corporations.

 

I'm on both and so are many other people.

 

Yes you are but not the entire xbox live population from Xbox 360.

 

Y'know, if I didn't have to spend 180$ for the other members of what used to be my family plan, I could put that money towards getting a X1...
